كتاب «المسلك العدل على شرح مختصر بافضل» للعلامة الفقيه محمد بن سليمان الكردي (ت1194هـ)، وهو حاشيته الصغرى على «المنهج القويم» للإمام ابن حجر الهيتمي. تبرز قيمته العلمية في عنايته بضبط الاصطلاحات الفقهية، وتحقيق الخلاف بين الفقهاء المتأخرين من طبقة الإمام ابن حجر. كما يتميز الكتاب بكثرة الاستدلال من القرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي، ومناقشة بعض المسائل المستجدة في زمانه، كما ناقش كلام ابن حجر في مصنفاته الأخرى. أظهر الكردي اضطلاعه بعلوم التفسير والحديث واللغة وغيرها، وجمع بين الإيجاز والتحقيق العلمي. يُنشَر كتابه هذا لأول مرة، محققًا عن أربع نسخٍ خطية، بإخراج فني بديع.

The kitab "Al-Maslak al-Adl 'ala Sharh Mukhtasar BaFadl" by the prominent alim and faqih Muhammad bin Sulayman al-Kurdi (d. 1194 AH) is his hashiyah al-sughra on "Al-Manhaj al-Qawim" by Imam Ibn Hajar al-Haytami.
