The Arab renaissance began in the late nineteenth century, but it faltered repeatedly, proving unable to keep pace with the march of civilisation.

It also suffered defeat in its wars against the Zionists, even though other nations, whose own renaissances began at roughly the same time as that of the Arabs, succeeded in forging their own paths and building flourishing civilisations. Why was this so?

لقد بدأت النهضة العربية في اواخر القرن التاسع عشر و لكنها تعثرت كثيراً و عجزت عن اللحاق بركب الحضارة و هُزمت في حروبها مع الصهاينة مع ان أمماً اخرى تمكنت من شق طريقها و بناء حضارتها رغم أن نهضتها كانت مواكبة لنهضة العرب، فلماذا ؟
