It then examines the legal rulings, objectives, virtues, and responsibilities of daʿwah, together with the qualities, ethics, and spiritual character required of the successful dāʿī.

A major portion of the work is devoted to the principles and methods of effective Islamic outreach, exploring practical techniques such as storytelling, parables, dialogue, persuasion, and addressing different audiences with wisdom and insight.
