al-'Ata Sharh al-Multaqa

من شروح متن #متلقى_الأبحر في #الفقه_الحنفي.وهو شرح متوسط استوعب الشارح عبد الرحمن خصالي رحمه الله مسائل المتن شرحا وتفصيلًا،

واستدلَّ لبعض المسائل مع بيان الراجح فيها بأسلوب واضح وميسَّر، اعتمدَ في شرحه على مصادر معتمدة في المذهب مما يجعل الكتاب من المصادر المعتبرة في المذهب، كما يعدُّ الكتاب من المصادر المهمة لحلِّ متن ملتقى الأبحر.

حققتُ الكتاب على نسخة مقابلة بنسخة المؤلف، وحققتُ متن ملتقى الأبحر على نسخة المؤلف التي كتبها آخِرًا.
قمتُ بالاستدلال لبعض المسائل الفقهية الشهيرة، وكان أكثر اهتمامي بالأدلة النقلية من الكتاب والسنة.

The muhaqqiq Hussam al-Hamad said: One of the shuruh of the matnMultaqal-Abhur in Hanafifiqh. It is a mid-sized sharh where the commentator Abd al-Rahman Khisali covered the masail of the matn with explanation and detail; he provided adillah for some masail while clarifying the rajih view in a clear and easy style, relying in his sharh on authoritative sources in the madhhab, making the book one of the reliable sources in the madhhab, as well as an important reference for solving the matn of Multaqal-Abhur. I did tahqeeq on the book based on a manuscript cross-checked with the author's copy, and I did tahqeeq on the matn of Multaqal-Abhur based on the final copy written by the author. I provided adillah for some famous fiqhmasail, and my primary focus was on textual adillah from the Qur'an and Sunnah.
