While books on Usul and Qawaid are common, this one is a bit different.
It focuses on general principles and qawaid that are found in the Quran.

The author lists an ayah/ayat and the usul derived from it.
He then brings detailed explanation of this usul and its application, mainly from the various tafsir works.

Examples of some of these qawaid are:
لا يؤخذ أحد بذنب غيره
الأصل في الأشياء الإباحة والتسخير
حرمة مال المسلم بغير عوض مباح
منع احتكار المال لينال الضعفاء نصيبهم منه
