This book contains a collection of articles addressing pressing issues across the geography of the Islamic world, in which the author has sought brevity and concentration that may dispense with detailed treatment.

Beginning with Palestine, lost amid the Muslims’ indifference and lack of concern, and ending with the edges of the Islamic world overlooking the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, the limbs of this single body suffer from a thousand and one concerns, passing sleepless nights and burning with fever.

The least that we, as thinkers, writers, and men of letters, can do is rally to their aid with our pens, in the hope that this may intercede for us before Allah and His Messenger ﷺ on the Day of Reckoning. If that is so, then this modest book will have discharged some of the debt borne upon the author’s shoulders—a debt of immense and burdensome weight.

يتضمن هذا الكتاب جملة من المقالات التي تمس القضايا الساخنة في الجغرافيا الإسلامية، توخى فيها المؤلف الايجاز والتركيز الذي قد يغني عن التفصيل.وبدءاً من فلسطين الضائعة بلا ابالية المسلمين ولا اكتراثهم، وانتهاءاً بحافات عالم الإسلام المطلة على الهادي والأطلسي، تشكو أعضاء الجسد الواحد من ألف همّ وهمّ .. وتسهر وتحم.فلا أقل من أن نتداعى إليها، معشر المفكرين والكتاب والأدباء، بأقلامنا، علها تشفع لنا قبالة الله ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم الحساب، فإذا كان ذلك كذلك، فإن هذا الكتاب المتواضع يكون قد سدد بعض الدين الذي في رقبة المؤلف .. وما أثقله وابهظه.
