We all share an intense desire for our beloved children to be fluent in Arabic. Instead of learning it at a later stage of their lives, as most of us did, we want them to learn it early, so it becomes almost second nature to them.

I am sure many have tried various methods.
Maybe Madinah Arabic Series and found it unsuitable?
Maybe Al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadaik and found it too advanced for our children?

Here is a series, designed by a group of specialists, aimed at teaching Classical Arabic to Children. It is a collection of 12 students’ books, with 12 additional teacher’s guides available.

It starts where it should; right at the beginning.
It covers basics like letter recognition and pronunciation, writing each letter in the correct manner, identifying the various forms of each letter combining these with basic conversation at the beginning and slowly advancing as the level as the child increases. Grammar is slowly introduced; Vocab is built up and various skills are gradually honed.

QR codes are found at the bottom of most pages; when scanned, they play the audio relevant to the particular section.

It is aimed firstly at young children, right from the age of five until 18. You can start with them at any age and if they have already learnt a bit of Arabic, you could quickly go through the lower-level books until you reach a level suitable to them.

This series is also perfect for school students. Due to it covering 12 levels, the teacher should easily find a book in this series suitable to the level of his class.
Books like al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadaik are more suitable for advanced students in schools, who have already studied a few years of Arabic well.

There are also teacher’s books available, however these are more suited to those teaching a class and aren’t necessary for those teaching their children at home.
