الفتاوى الصغرى

This is a very important work in the Hanafi Fatawa Genre. Authored by as-Sadr as-Shahid (d.536 AH), it collects a huge amount of fatawa from authorities in the early stages in the development of the madhab. The original sources for many of these fatawa are lost, with this book being the earliest source for many of them. It was arranged by Najm ad-Din al-Khasi (d.620 AH). Expertly edited by researchers at the ISAM centre in Istanbul, who gathered a large number of manuscripts, then selected 3 that all the others seem to be based on. This is a very important resource for those involved in the field of Ifta.
