Fath al-Allam bi Sharh Murshid al-Anam

الكتاب هو شرح لما جاء في مختصر الشارح "مرشد الأنام"

وهو كتاب جمع فيه ما تشتت من مسائل فقهية على مذهب الإمام الشافعي في كتب العلماء والأعلام، كما حوى الكتاب من لطائف الفوائد ما خلا عنه كتب شهيرة وأودع فيه أيضاً جملة من نفائس التنبيهات والفروع، حاذفاً منه كثيراً من المسائل النادرة الوقوع.

ولم يقتصر المؤلف في هذا على ما اعتمد من الأقوال، بل ذكره وما يقابله ناقلاً له غالباً من القرآن الكريم، وذلك بأسلوب واضح وعبارة سهلة.

The book is a commentary on what was presented in the author's own abridgment, 'Murshid al-Anam.' It is a volume in which he gathered scattered Fiqhi issues according to the Shafi'i school of thought, sourced from the books of prominent scholars and leading authorities. Additionally, the book contains subtle, beneficial insights often absent from other famous works, and includes a wealth of invaluable observations and furu', while omitting many rare and uncommon cases. The author did not limit himself only to the mu'tamad rulings, but presented them alongside alternative opinions, frequently citing evidence from the Qur'an, all delivered in a clear style and simple language.
