Kitab al-Khisal

This is a work by a Hanafi Faqih who was really early; he passed away in 324 AH.

The book is a unique one, as the author mentions masail by grouping them together and listing their number

eg. He says there are 3 types of sales , then lists them;

He says 18 characteristics nullify a sale, then lists them.
