Mawlana Abd al-Hayy al-Laknawi was an Allamah, a master in nearly every field, known for his critical, well-researched works. Inspite of passing away at the young age of 39, he left behind over 100 works, including over dozens of beneficial rasail covering a wide range of topics.

While there is a collection of his rasail printed previously in Karachi by Idarat al-Quran, the quality of the editing was really bad, like most of their prints. Filled with typos, some of the in-depth fiqhi rasail cannot be properly understood due to the large number of errors.

This is a new collection of his works, wherein they tried to expertly-edit each risalah, making takhrij of ahadith, checking quotes in the original sources and adding on valuable footnotes as well.
