Filastin min Qitta' al-Tariq ila Kharitah

A contemporary Arabic work on the Palestinian question and the Arab-Israeli conflict, examining the political trajectory of Palestine and the successive initiatives presented as pathways towards a negotiated settlement. The title plays upon the contrast between “quṭṭāʿ al-ṭarīq” (highwaymen/road blockers) and the “Khārīṭat al-Ṭarīq” (Road Map), the internationally sponsored peace plan that became prominent in the early 2000s.
