المنهاج في فقه مذهب الأئمة الحنفية

Printed recently for the first time, this is an early Hanafi Matn, by al-Aqili, one of the senior fuqaha of Bukhara. He passed away in 596 AH.

He combined in it many early works, including
مختصر الطحاوي ومختصر القدوري وفوائد أبي بكر الرازي ومختلف الرواية للسمرقندي.

The result is a book, similar to Mukhtasar al-Quduri, with ikhtilaf within the madhab added to the book in addition to numerous fawaid from Tahawi, Razi etc.
This is the book generally intended when itlaq is made of "al-Minhaj" in Hanafi works.

The fact that the book was generally inaccessible to our muftis for the last two centuries, due to it not being printed, adds more value to it today, as it is possible that it contains fawaid they didn’t have access to. It also seems that even our classical fuqaha have limited access to it.

This is a high-quality edition, edited using three manuscripts. It is in two thick volumes.
