Printed recently for the first time, this is a matn in Hanafi fiqh, by at-Tumurtashi, the author of the famous Tanwir al-Absar. This matn contains fawaid not found in Tanwir, however it seems that very few fuqaha were even aware of its existence, possibly due to the lack of manuscripts of it. The muhaqqiq edited it using the authors own copy, which seems to be the only manuscript found for the book.
