This is Shaykh al-Islam Zakariya al-Ansari's Usul masterpiece.

It is based on Subki’s famous Shafi’i Usul Matn, Jam’ al-Jawami and its popular sharh by Jalal ad-Din al-Mahalli.
He summarised Jam' al-Jawami' into a matn titled Lubb al-Usul, then summarised Mahalli's sharh into this sharh, removing all ambiguity, making it really simple to understand and adding many fawaid.
