كتاب الفروق-الفتح

This is the possibly the earliest known work on Furuq Fiqhiyyah in the Hanafi Madhab.
Furuq Fiqhiyyah is a relatively unknown sub-genre of Fiqh, but is of extreme importance. It focuses on the subtle difference between similar masail. Not paying sufficient attention to these slight differences often results in an erroneous ruling being passed.

This is a work by an early Hanafi Faqih that has just been printed for the first time. It should be noted that this work is different from the famous Furuq of Karabisi that has been printed multiple times previously. The author of that work passed away in 539 AH, while the author of this work passed away in 322 AH.

It is a high-quality, beautiful edition.
