Fatawa Dar al-Ulum Zakariyya-Vol 1

Hadrat Mufti Radā al-Haqq Sahib was born in 1950 in a village called Shah Mansür in the Sarhad province of Pakistan. After his initial Islamic education under his father and uncle, he took admission in al-Jāmīah al-Islāmīyyah, Akaurah Kattak. He graduated in 1970 and was appointed as a teacher in the same institution. After one year, he left and took admission for post-graduate studies at Jami'ah al-'Ulüm-al-Islāmīyyah, Binnauri Town, Karachi. After completing his post-graduate studies, he was appointed as a lecturer and mufti at the same Jami'ah. He continued teaching and issuing fatāwā until 1987 when he moved to Dār al-'Ulüm Zakariyyā, South Africa.

He is currently the Shaykh al-Hadith and Chief Mufti of Dar al-'Ulūm Zakariyyā. Mufti Sahib received permission to narrate Hadith from several masters in the field. They includes:

3. Shaykh Sarfaraz Khan Safdar
4. Shaykh 'Allamah Shu'ayb al-Arna'ūt

Mufti Sahib has written several works in the Arabic and Urdu languages. Fatāwā Dār al-'Ulüm Zakariyyā in eight volumes is his magnum opus and a result of over forty-five years in the field of issuing fatāwā
