I have perused this booklet in your hands and have found it to be very useful. Marhoom Hakeem Yusuf Molvi (rahimahullah) used to always tell me, "Listen to the wisdom of the old people and you will acquire knowledge which is not found even in books."

There is an Arabic saying as well سَلِ الْمُجَرَّبْ وَلَا تَسْئَلِ الْحَكِيمِ "Ask the experienced person and not the philosopher."

This book is full of tried and tested recipes which have been found useful. Here I have to sound a note of caution that if one is not sure of any ingredient helping them and it might be harmful for them, then it should be queried from a qualified Hakeem.

Secondly, if no benefit is noticed, then too a Hakeem has to be consulted. It will help a person tremendously to help themselves recover using natural methods instead of going through conventional medication which is really costly and full of harmful side effects.
